Town Highlight: Fallbrook


This cozy farm town is nestled just outside The Fallbrook Gate of Camp Pendleton in the rolling hills of De Luz. Fallbrook is called "The Friendly Village" town. Home to about 31,121 residents. Fallbrook is a great place to call home with affordable housing, 20 minutes to the beach, a quick drive to Temecula for all of your major shopping needs.


Fallbrook has the small town feel, the cashiers at the grocery store end up knowing your name. The local Fallbrook Gas company workers will know you personally as a customer and work hard to take care of you. Even thought this town is a small town feel you will still enjoy your pick of grocery stores with all of your needs or a quick 15 minute drive to Temecula to arrive at your big box stores. Fallbrook also has a wide variety of amazing gourmet restaurants and local one of kind ice cream shops.


Fallbrook hosts many festivals throughout the year, from Veterans Day parades, Avocado festival to Summer Nights starting in the Summer months. Downtown Fallbrook has an amazing small town feel, enjoy shopping while enjoying a meal basking in the perfect So Cal weather or a cocktail from a local restaurant.


Fallbrook doesn't end with just a cozy town feel and amazing downtown, take a drive in the rolling hills of De Luz and enjoy the views or lace up your hiking boots to take one of their many hiking trials.


Fallbrook is about 2 hours from Big Bear, an hour from San Diego and right outside the Naval Weapons Gate which an entry point for Camp Pendleton. Many Marines that work on Main side or the Air station live in Fallbrook as it is easy to access the gate and come to work.


Keep an eye out for their wineries located in the rolling hills or you may catch a local riding their horse to the grocery store. It isn't unheard of someone's chickens to get out in town or a goat to be trotting down the street. Everything to keep the town lively!!! Take a trip to Rainbow Oaks or enjoy the views of the Veranda Restaurant or even a stroll in the Grand Tradition Gardens.
